February 1,2019

Farewell party-- the sign of our SEATEACH journey will soon be end. All the participants are ask to wear our Filipiniana Gown for us to represent our country, Philippines. That night we are task to perform our cultural presentation. Cultural Presentation were we need to perform either acting, singing and dancing that will show the culture and tradition of Philippines. In the farewell party, the President of our host university- Universitas Negeri Padang, is present; our mentors, coordinators and our cooperating from each school are also present.

We started our program by a dance of Indonesians holding a plate; it is a traditional custom in Indonesia where the dancers are holding a plate and will have some performance which is dancing on the stage. After that, they will go downstairs to let the audience taste the food they offer.

After that, Sir Ananda gave us a very heartwarming message. A message that we will treasure forever.

Then, all the SEA-TEACH participants and SEA-TVET participants were asked to go on stage. One-by-one we introduced ourselves and give greetings to all the people present in the event. After that, we had a ceremony were the Host University Presdient gave us a certificate and congratulate us for a job well done.  In behalf of all of us, one of the SEA-TEACH Participants delivered a thankful message to all the teachers and mentors who has been part of our amazing journey during our stay in Padang, Indonesia.
