Youth Strategies in Industrial Revolution part 4.0: Challenges, Opportunities and How to Survive"
On the 12th day of January 2019, an International Seminar was held at the Hall of the Governor's Office of West Sumatera. We, the SEATEACH Participants are so lucky to be invited and be part of the said seminar. The opening of the program was held at SMP N 10 Padang. Right after we came to the SMP N10 for the opening we already saw the colorful banners. The organizers, teachers, and students are so welcoming. All we could say is "Selamat Pagi" (good morning) to give greetings to all. The organizers give us seat at the front of the stage. The Governor of West Sumatera recognize and welcomed us. It was such an honor to be a delegate of the seminar. Everyone are welcoming us and they are all very accommodating. After the opening program, we ask the masters of ceremony to take a picture with us.

After the opening program we went to the hall of the Governor's office ridding a van provided by the school; they are really kind and accommodating. Right after we came to the hall, we were welcomed by the organizers and everyone in the hall.

During the seminar, all the speaker mentioned the scope of the revolution. This world is fastly moving as the technolgy fastly changing to a better thing; it is significant for us teachers to know and understand all the aspects of Industrial Revolution. One of the topic in the seminar was the "Top 10 skills" that millennial must have so that we will not be left behind of what is the new in the present century. Another one is the Strategy in facing the industrial revolution.

What a productive day for me. I got information overload about the topics in the seminar. I could say that all parts of the seminar were informative and we are able to engage with other Indonesians. It was a great opportunity for me to attend an International Seminar that would be very useful in the coming future. All the topics in the seminar are relevant for us to know and be aware about industrial revolution and how to deal with it. It is important that I, as a-teacher-would be is updated of what is the new challenge to the new generation and how to deal with this.
